South East Crush Mission Statement

 

Vision Is to promote an ongoing football program that will influence its participants in the ideals of sportsmanship, scholarship, and physical fitness.  A program oriented to quality supervision and safety mindfulness; our program is directed at teaching the fundamentals of football; bolstering an atmosphere of hard work, effort and discipline that permeates throughout our organization allowing its participants to grow with confidence, pride and spirit in an environment that fosters these attributes both on and off the field.  

Mission Our mission is to provide an enriched environment were youth can find, realize and expand upon their potential.  We will maintain an atmosphere where our student athlete can receive positive reinforcement through the continuous pursuit of excellence and overcome adversity. We will always prepare, practice and play to WIN on the field, in the classroom and in the game of life.

 

Objective The football field is our classroom and the game is our vehicle to teach lifelong lessons, to create memorable experiences and to have fun. It is the mission of our program to build character in our student-athletes. Attitude, commitment, discipline and sacrifice will be used to build a successful program and the development that prepares young footballers both physically and mentally for higher levels of football.  

Philosophy Our principal philosophy is the provision of a safe and supportive environment which encourages skill development, fitness, fair play and teamwork.

 

Values The physical and emotional safety of our players is paramount in all that we do. While success on the field is important so are the concepts of fair play, teamwork and team spirit. We encourage the support of parents, family and friends; however there is no place for the "ugly parent syndrome". Abuse whether physical or verbal of players (of any team), umpires and other officials will not be tolerated. Adults are expected to provide a good example for children. We will be professional, transparent and fair; all duties will be carried out honestly and with integrity.  We will care for the environment in which we play both home and away.  Our plan is to expose student-athletes to an atmosphere in the hopes that they will build on this tradition and understand the responsibility to hand it down to younger players.
